The Whiting High & Dry Hackle Cape offers you a variety of high quality feathers to tie all kinds of dry flies. These rooster feathers reach a quality comparable to the popular Hebert Miner series by Whiting.
With one cape you can tie many different patterns. With every cape you get very fine, short feathers for filigree dry flies (#18 to #10) as well as slightly longer feathers, which are suitable for Wooly Buggers in hook sizes #6 to #8 or big dries. Sea trout or steelhead patterns can also be tied with the larger feathers. This is also due to the very wide range of colours, from very natural tones to stimulating colours.
