This is high quality Marabou by Wapsi. Big handpicked plumes with long and supersoft fibres that act very vivid in the water.
The upper part of the plume can be used nicely for hackling, while the thick quilled part is good to work with a material clamp or the Magic Tool by Marc Petitjean. A must-have material for many different streamers in salt- and freshwater.
