The fur of American Squirrels has lots of characteristics, making some outstanding zonkerfur.

Details:

It is supersoft so it'll look very agile uderwater
The leather is a lot thinner than on other zonkerstrips, so it appears even more agile
The fur is extremely dense, making it look nice and bulky
Underfur and guard hair are different in color - giving the zonker a nice natural contrast.
This product is a whole hide, precut in 2-3 mm wide zonkerstrips.
Hence not every zonkerstrip looks the same, width and thickness may vary.
Therefore it is no problem eaven to tie the smallest zonkerpatterns. Altogether, due to the furs thickness, squirrelzonkerstrisps are rather for small to medium sized zonkerpatterns.
