The Power Thread really deserves its name. It is made of a technical polymer that is characterised by a very high strength in relation to its diameter. In fact, it is up to ten times stronger than steel of the same diameter! Due to a large variety of different sizes, it is suitable for tying all kinds of flies: whether tiny dry flies, nymphs or large streamers. The different fibres of this thread are twisted, and therefore they will stay well connected. Nevertheless, it lies flat and smooth on the hook allowing you to tie very uniform bodies and heads without "steps". In addition, it is easy to twist and it is great for the so-called split-thread technique.
