Although Textreme's Flat Chenille looks quite similar to classic Cactus Chenille at first glance, this great fly tying material differs in one key feature: In this chenille, the fibres are flat and more sparsely arranged. In addition, the synthetic fibres with the bright surface are attached to an extremely thin core, which allows for a more accurate finish. The 20 mm size is best suited for small to medium-sized flies. Ideal for making attractive fly bodies and tying small trout streamers!
