Sunline New Cast Away PE braided line 150 m

The New Saltimate Cast Away was developed with the same focus on maximum casting distance as its predecessor. To achieve this goal, Sunline has taken a completely new approach and used two fundamentally different types of fishing line to combine the best properties of both. In this hybrid fishing line, four monofilaments and four PE fibres are braided together. Since monofilament fishing line is known to be very smooth and therefore provides little friction, the braiding process has been optimised so that as much of the surface as possible consists of monofilament line.

In the NEW Saltimate Cast Away, Sunline uses a new mono. Compared to the monofilament fibres used in the previous Cast Away version, these are more abrasion-resistant and smoother. The NEW Saltimate Cast Away is therefore even quieter and more resistant to stones and other underwater structures. The surface coating with three special resins makes the surface of the line even smoother, thus ensuring less friction and ultimately better casting distances.
The good casting properties of this braided fishing line make it the GoTo line of choice especially for sea trout fishing, other inshore fishing and wherever long casting distances are required.
With the increased stiffness caused by the mono content, the New Saltimate Cast Away is also the perfect choice for the Baitcaster reel, as there is less tangling and line set-up is prevented.
