*1The Shad Stinger Spike from Spro is a very practical small utensil when it comes to attaching one or more stingers to your softbait. The small hook holds stinger line or steel firmly in place and the small barbs prevent the spike from slipping out.
The rigging is very simple: put the stinger line into the hook and insert the sharp tip into the softlure. On the one hand, this ensures that the stinger line no longer runs on the side of the softbait in an unfavorable way and possibly influences the running behavior. On the other hand you can rig the trebles in a way that all hooks are free and the stinge is only held by the hook. Your conversion rate on takes will be minimized.
