The Simms BugStopper Intruder Bicomp Shirt combines the best of both worlds: Effective protection from mosquitoes, ticks and other insects and maximum protection from hot sun and aggressive UV rays.
As with all Simms COR3™ shirts, the Intruder Bicomp is designed for maximum functionality and performance while fishing. Fast-drying, odour-inhibiting and optimum moisture transport are now standard here! Bicomp stands for the two different fabric components that are used: The body and outer sleeves are thin and robustly woven, while the insides and cuffs are made of soft stretch fabric, similar to that used in the Solarflex Crewneck series - for best wearing comfort and enormous freedom of movement in the cast. Also practical about the stretch cuffs: when you pull the shirt up to land, it stays up and doesn't slip down so quickly. Inside, the body area is doubled up with a loose mesh material, which clearly contributes to the air circulation under the shirt and is additionally supported by an open ventilation area in the back.
All Bicomp shirts come with press studs. They won't tear and line snagging is guaranteed impossible, even during really hard saltwater action. Two chest pockets for fly boxes and an integrated goggle cleaning cloth at the hem round off the functionality of this sporty shirt!
