Skagit style shooting heads for light double hand fishing for trout, sea trout, steelhead and salmon in small to medium rivers. These extremely short and powerful shooting heads deliver beefy flies and sinking tips without any trouble. Simply lift your line in position, form a nice D-loop and let the line shoot through your guides! In order for you to easily find the ideal loading point the engineers at Scientific Anglers incorporated an audible and tactile reference point. Being able to feel and hear if shooting head is in the correct distance from your rod tip allows you to concentrate on fishing and enjoy your time even more. This comes in handy especially when fishing for sea trout in pitch black nights.
