Product information "Renzetti Master Vise Deluxe Pedestal Base Fly Tying Vise"

Like many success stories, the one of Renzetti began in a small garage. Back in the early 1970s in Pennsylvania, USA. Unsatisfied with the tying vises available at the time, Andy Renzetti sat down at the drawing board himself. Not long after, the young visionary launched the world's first true rotary fly tying vise, a milestone for many fly tyers and just the beginning of a company history marked by innovation and creativity. Since then, much has changed and the market for high-quality fly tying products has grown considerably. What has not changed: The high standard for the outstanding quality of Renzetti products. Because today, as then, the family-owned company delivers absolutely well thought-out quality products to demanding fly tyers all over the world. All Renzetti components are still manufactured in the USA.

Master Vise Delux

With the Master Vise Delux the name definitely is the game. One to rule them all: a tying vise for truly all applications - from the smallest creek to the tropical seas. Already back in 1993, the Master Series was introduced by Renzetti and has defined the bar for premium vises ever since.

From the smallest #28 size dry flies to gigantic 10/0 size saltwater streamers and tropical flies, you can truly use all hooks with  the Master Vise. And you can do it year after year, without a second thought. This is ensured by the strong, patented precision jaws with anti-corrosion coating. You can tune the finely adjustable hinge individually to your fly sizes, so that every hook sits wobble-free from the first to the last wrap. The alignment of the jaws and the arm can be flexibly adjusted with an Allen key and adapted exactly to your needs.

The true 360° rotation facilitates many tying processes immensely, whether it's creating a fine body ribbing or gluing your streamer heads. The crank arm and the orientation of the clamping jaws can be positioned independently of each other. In other words: maximum flexibility when tying all types of flies. The rotation always runs smoothly thanks to double ball bearings and the resistance can be finely adjusted.

Do you sometimes lack a third hand to manage your tying material? No problem, because the adjustable material clip provides easy help, just like the robust brass bobbin holder. Tying thread and protruding material are kept out of the way, leaving both hands free for more demanding tying steps to ensure that you're always achieving the best possible end result.

The Delux version of the Master Vise has an extra sturdy 15 x 15 cm (6" x 6") base plate made of anodized aluminum (saltwater version). No matter how much pressure you have to apply on your fly when tying, the tying vise will stand wobble-free. In the deep pockets hooks, eyes, beads and Co. can be organized for easy access. Engraved into the padded base plate: the classic Renzetti logo.

In short, the Master Vise Delux sets the bar pretty high and makes it anything but easy for the competition on the market. Whether you're simply filling your fly boxes for the next adventure, or finishing a commercial tying job. The Renzetti Master Vise Delux is perfectly adaptable to your tying needs, so not only will you save precious time at the tying desk, but you'll always get the very best results.
