The Nano-Air revolution continues. Perfect for all mid-temperature activities, the Nano-Air® Light Vest combines premium insulation materials, a super-light cover and airy, moisture-wicking knit fabric to create a warm, stretchy and excellently breathing vest.
Product developers at Patagonia created the Nano-Air Series to put an end to the problem of strenuous cold-weather activity. Even on nasty days, it optimally regulates the body's operating temperature. In front, a lightweight layer of warm, stretchy and highly breathable FullRange™ insulation (40 g/m²) under a lightweight, ripstop shell with DWR impregnation provides just the right amount of wind and weather protection. Everywhere else, a highly-stretchy and airy waffle knit instantly wicks away moisture and excess heat and inhibits odor. Features include a slim front zipper with slider cover to protect the chin, snug-fitting zippered pockets for comfort under a chest pack or backpack, and an elasticized hem to lock in warmth
The Nano-Air vest is an ingenious extension of the Nano-Air and Nano-Air Light series. It offers ingenious functions such as good thermal insulation, breathability and is extremely robust. A further plus point of the vest is the enormous freedom of movement of the arms through the non-existent sleeves. For this reason, we also like to wear the Nano-Air vest in the onion layer principle, as it does not restrict the movement of the arms under the wading jacket.
