The innovative Cap Cool series from Patagonia is based on a multifunctional performance material developed to meet the specific demands of activities on the water, during travel, and for sports. It features a durable HeiQ odor control and MiDori bioSoft technology for optimal moisture management – a significant bonus for extended trips with light baggage! These Tech Shirts from Patagonia provide comfort in all weather conditions, from cool days by the river to hot weather in the tropics.

The soft, quick-drying, and elastic Capilene® Cool Daily is perfect for all outdoor activities, not just fly fishing. It dries quickly, wicks away moisture, is elastic, and offers an extremely high sun protection factor. Capilene® Cool Daily, made from 100% recycled polyester, feels lightweight, soft, and comfortable on the skin, with a clean design for a modern look. Key features include MiDori® bioSoft, a plant-based treatment optimizing moisture wicking and keeping the fabric permanently soft, and minimal seams for maximum skin comfort. Capilene® Cool Daily is also Fair Trade™ certified, like many other Patagonia products.

Cap Cool UPF Sun Protection: The Cap Cool Collection from Patagonia also provides UPF sun protection against UV rays for fishing in the sun. However, due to strict regulations for personal protective equipment in the USA, the Cap Cool series does not display the UPF value, as it falls below UPF40. Only a value of UPF40 or higher is officially recognized as UPF sun protection. While the Cap Cool series doesn't quite reach that value, it still confidently protects us during fishing under the hot sun.

Patagonia's Cap Cool Daily Lightweight Shirt is a highly functional T-shirt designed for continuous use in various outdoor activities. Additionally, it's so comfortable that we'd love to wear it every day. The Lightweight variant of the Cool Daily is even lighter at 60g, making it perfect for the hottest days of the year.
