The Patagonia Boulder Fork Rain & Wading Jacket is a brilliant combination of two worlds. The cut of the rain jacket is comparable to Patagonia's popular Torrentshell Jacket, but the Boulder Fork also features chest and hand pockets reminiscent of a lightweight wading jacket. Weighing only 388g, this jacket impresses with a small pack size, allowing you to easily transport it in a pocket or backpack and quickly put it on when the rain shower comes. This makes the jacket extremely popular for all outdoor activities and changing weather conditions. When fishing, the Boulder Fork can also be worn permanently because the spacious chest pocket provide the opportunity to store small items such as tippet or leader material, as well as a fly box. The jacket's front zipper is also waterproof and corrosion-resistant, and the sleeve cuffs can be sealed almost completely wind and waterproof with a Velcro closure. Wind and rain are further kept out by a hood equipped with a drawstring and a visor to provide optimal protection!
The 3-layer shell meets the H2No™ Performance Standard for exceptional waterproof and breathable protection, and the fabrics, membrane, and durable water repellent (DWR) coating are made without perfluorinated chemicals (PFCs/PFAS).
