The SX series from Loomis & Franklin includes models that cover a very wide range of modern fisheries. From the small creek rod to the powerful Switch rod. This includes the SX Stillwater, which is a perfect solution for targeting strong fish on lakes, reservoirs and big rivers.

These powerful single-handed rods give you a huge amount of power for long overhead and roll casts, yet plenty of precision when it comes to serving long leaders and nymph rigs. Casting weighted streamers at long distances is child's play. Thanks to the blank's length of 10ft (approx. 3.05 cm), this member of the SX family is not only at home on lakes or reservoirs, but also offers plenty of line control when streamer fishing on large rivers - for example, when mending the line. Even on a smaller salmon river you will have a lot of fun with this rod!

The medium-fast action of the blank allows you to form very smooth loops and deliver your fly precisely to the target. The modern carbon fibre gives an incredible amount of power and offers you a lot of fun as soon as a big fish takes your fly in.
