The IM12 Euro Nymph Ext Fly Rod by Loomis & Franklin is the perfect choice for fly anglers seeking a versatile nymphing rod capable of covering a wide spectrum of different techniques in addition to modern nymph fishing.

Thanks to a special design, the fly rod can effortlessly extend from 9'6 feet to 10'1 feet by inserting a blank section integrated into the handle. This flexibility allows you to fish dry flies, small streamers, or nymphs upstream with a shorter rod as needed, or employ modern nymphing techniques with the extended blank. The integrated extension in the handle enables quick switching between the two lengths without the risk of losing additional rod sections.

The rod is constructed with a thin and lightweight blank, exhibiting a medium-fast, responsive action, which is typical of the special IM12 carbon material. The rod handle is ergonomically shaped and made of high-quality natural cork, reinforced with hybrid cork at critical points to enhance durability.

The stylish, down-locking reel seat made of anodized aluminum features an elegant satin black finish and offsets the weight of the reel slightly backward to achieve perfect balance.
