The X-Fly is an interesting variation of the world-famous Woolly Bugger. The sparsely tied body and the seductive rubber legs, together with the soft marabou tail, work extremely well especially in still water. Both trout and perch love the combination of a slim silhouette and lots of vibration created by the legs and palmered hackle.
