Product information "JMC Kamoufil Euro Nymph Mono 100m ECO Spool"

Kamoufil from JMC (France) is one of the most popular monofilaments in Euro Nymphing. The perfect material for tying your own nymph leaders! Thanks to its low stretch, the mono is suitable for all techniques that require immediate bite detection. The material shows no disturbing memory and light reflections are minimized due to the multicolor (black, brown, green). Euro Nymphing and similar presentation techniques are fished at short distances and the long leader in combination with a longer rod (10 ft. - 11 ft.) is perfectly sufficient as a radius to bring the nymph to the fish.

But also for making leaders for dry fly fishing Kamoufil from JMC is a very good choice. The blood knot is the perfect connection of the individual sections:

Example Euro-Nymph leader: 225cm (0.30mm) + 150cm (0.25mm) + 75 cm (0.22mm) + Sighter (0.20mm) + 150cm to 200cm Tippet.

Example Allround leader: 150cm (0.30mm) + 100cm (0.25mm) + 50cm (0.20mm) + 75cm to 100cm Tippet
