A great fly from Guideline in Shuttle Cock design. This dry fly imitates many types of mayflies. Simply apply a little portion of CDC gel to the thorax and wings and the fly will hang correctly in the surface imitating a hatching insect (emerger) in its most vulnerable stage. The PTN (Pheasant Tail) matches many brown mayflies found in streams, rivers and lakes. A very catchy pattern for shy Brown Trout and Grayling! Works especially well in steady current.
