The upper third of the feather has a fine quill that hackles nicely – ideal for pike streamers, intruders, salmon- and sea trout flies as well as various other salt- and predator patterns. The lower portion of the feather is great for tying big hackles with a dubbing loop. These premium marabou feathers come in a mat for easy handling and less chaos on the tying bench.
