The Frödin Flies Tube Fly Pig Series - Burning is a hybrid of various highly successful salmon flies, essentially a mix of the Frances and Potbelly Pig patterns. The Pig Burning Tube Fly can be fished year-round and is particularly effective when the water is tea-colored or slightly brownish. The Burning pattern from Frödin Flies is also a top choice for the start or end of the salmon season. Thanks to the FITS Conehead and its slender profile, the fly sinks quickly, making it perfect for deep pools and/or cold water. Especially in deep holding pools where the water flows slowly and heavily, this fly can lead to big surprises when presented deep on a sinking line (it can also be jigged). The fluorescent colors remain visible even in murky conditions, with the fluorescent tips of the wild boar bristles adding a special accent.
