Hedron Holographic Flashabou Predator double length

You want to outsmart big Pike and need a big streamer to do so? Then your search has now come to an end.

The Flashabou Predator is 52cm long! So you can tie very large and incredibly lively Pike streamers, such as the Bauer Pike Tube Fly. Of course, you can easily use shorter portions as well, so the materials last a long time, being nearly twice the standard length. It also works great to leave a few strands of Flashabou Predator longer in your full-size streamers, adding a little extra flash for the fish to see. Due to the long length, the Flashabou Predator plays extremely well in the water. The holographic design emits seductive light reflections, which predators simply can’t resist.

Flashabou Predator is very resistant to predator's teeth and it does not absorb water, which makes casting even monster flies a breeze.

Tip for a pure Flashabou Streamer:

Use the strands in the full length. Tie 2/3 so that it protrudes to the back, tie it in well and fold the front 1/3 backwards over the top, and tie it in. You will have hardly any waste! Then simply trim your streamer with tying scissors, glue eyes on it, and you’re done.

Tip for casting big Pike patterns:

Use a line with a short head and take it one or two classes higher than your rod’s rating. Due to the big streamers, you need a compact counterweight. The shorter, yet heavier line and streamer will then be able to load your rod, and shoot the distance needed, with less line out to begin with.
