Cock Pheasant center tail feathers are one of the most important natural materials for fly tyers. Since Frank Sawyer invented the famous 'Phesant Tail Nymph' countless variations of that pattern have been tied. But also for dry flies, wet flies, emergers or filigree hopper legs, these feathers are used frequently. A very universal natural product!
