Hareline Spirit River UV-2 Seal-X Ice Dubbing

UV-2 tying materials from Spirit River are UV-active in two ways resulting in a super tantalizing glare and shine. Due to its UV-fluorescent characteristics the material will glow when hit and excited by UV-light. Additionally, UV-2 materials are UV-reflectant and will reflect UVR wavelength which are visible for many fish and insect species. Especially in low light situation like deep, runs, pools or when the water is stained, UV-2 materials might give you an edge

Spirit River UV-2 Seal-X Ice Dubbing is a coarse fibered, multicolor dubbing mixture, infused with UV-Enhancer and lite Brite fibers. The dubbing is ideally suited for large nymphs, dry flies and streamer bodies, giving your patterns a spiky, diffuse look. Multicolor fibers result in a "dirty", realsitic appearance and the UV-2 effect ads a notch of extraq-visibility in low light situations.

Details:

  • Multicolor dubbing mixture, infused with UV-Enhancer and lite Brite fibers

About Hareline:

Hareline started in 1981 in a private kitchen and has grown over time into a large company with nearly 1,700 square meters of production space. Based in Oregon, USA, the company now produces and distributes thousands of products that fly tyers around the world appreciate. Dubbing, in particular, has earned a place in many tying desks, but the remaining materials and accessories also impress with quality and a fair price.
