RS stands for "Race Sense" and signifies speed, slimness, sensitivity, and performance. This interplay of extremes is made possible by Hexagon Graphene in the carbon matrix of the blank. The hexagonal graphene grids have a 200 times higher tensile strength than steel with an incredibly low weight. This allows for a weight reduction of approximately 30% compared to pure carbon rods. Especially in longer rods, this technology enables a new level of performance, and that's precisely why these rods have convinced us.

For the 25th anniversary of HANÁK Competition, these rods received an exclusive design with many clever improvements. The blank of these rods shines in an Olive Gold tone, and the exclusive black reel seat in Hexagon design (similar to the structure of the graphene material) gives the rod finesse and elegance. For perfect feel and comfort while fishing, the slim, ergonomic Half Wells grip made of AAAA cork is equipped with a real wood extension, providing a seamless transition into the handle and allowing even better bite detection with the index finger. To reduce weight and swing weight and improve line guidance with fine lines, the blank is equipped with high-quality ANT (anti-tangle) stripping guides and RECoil Titanflex snake guides, which are extremely light and break-resistant. With a uniform length of 282 cm in all three classes (#3, #4 & #5), this rod is particularly precise with light flies, especially at medium to longer distances. The fast action helps in clean and, above all, accurate laying of the line, allowing you to position your fly perfectly in front of a rising fish. Nevertheless, the rod can also be used for other techniques. Nymph fishing upstream with a greased leader or with wet flies in a swing, even with a modern nymph rig, it feels particularly comfortable at shorter distances due to its sensitive, fast action.
