Echo OHS (One Hand Spey) Single Handed Fly Rod
ECHO OHS single hand Spey rods have been designed to bridge the gap between regular single-handed rods and double-handed Spey rods to utilize the advantages and full potential of short Spey lines with a SH rod. Single-hand Spey casting enables you to single and double haul on your cast which is fun and helps to increase distance and turnover. With a length of 10,4 ft the OHS rod series is well in-between the typical length of regular SH and short Spey rods. Therefore, the OHS can also be casted overhead. Adding up to the versatility of the rod is the fact that the fighting butt can be replaced with the provided Spey under-grip turning it into a short two-handed Spey rod. The rod blanks are made from high modulus graphite and show a medium fast action, which is perfect for switch and roll casts. OHS rods are ideal for sea trout, grilse or light salmon fishing in medium size to small rivers. Furthermore they perform great on bigger trout streams with little backspace. We wouldn't hesitate one second to use them for asp too.
All models feature a glossy emerald green finish, hard chrome snake guides and SIC stripping guides.
