We are especially pleased that Vision has included a specific Euro-Nymphing Outfit in this product series, making it even easier to start with this increasingly popular technique. For this reason, the blank taper and construction differ from the other rods in the Fisu 2 series: The guides, reel seat, action, and included lines are all optimized for fishing with Euro-Nymphing techniques. This technique focuses on accurately casting small nymphs and finely detecting bites through the rod blank, and the Fisu 2 Nymph excels at this. As a 10ft #3, this rod is also the ideal all-rounder, covering most scenarios in streams and rivers perfectly, whether for trout, grayling, or even barbel.

The rod is complemented by a robust large arbor fly reel made of aluminum with an adjustable drag. Backing and a nymph fly line are already spooled, and a matching nymphing leader with tippet ring is pre-mounted. So you can really start right away and explore the exciting world of modern short-line nymph fishing. During transport, the 4-piece rod, along with the mounted reel, is protected in a padded Cordura tube with a reel cutout.

The series includes other sets for different target fish and scenarios, from fine dry fly fishing in small streams to fishing with streamers and heavy nymphs in larger rivers or challenging stillwater fishing.
