This allows a precise presentation and good bite indication while short line nymphing. Due to its strong backbone, it has a good power reserve for fighting big fish. Further, its reliable reel seat will hold the reel securely in place and its ergonomically shaped cork handle provides this rod with a very pleasant feel. Of course, this also applies to the Greys Fin Fly Reel, which is included in this wonderful set. It has a smooth Rulon disc drag system and a closed frame construction, which makes it great for fishing very thin nymphing lines. In addition, it provides this setup with the perfect balance allowing extensive fishing sessions with less fatigue.
