The Concept Nymph blanks are based on a high-modulus, non-polished 40+46T blank construction known for its robustness, feedback, and sensitivity. The individual rod sections are connected by precise spigot ferrules that ensure even bending of the rod both when casting and during the fight with the fish.
The rods are equipped with ultra-light Pac Bay guides, which reduce the rod's swing weight and minimize unwanted "sagging" of the line. Another practical feature is the use of a snake guide instead of a single-foot guide as the second guide from the tip. This prevents the line from tangling in this area. The non-polished surface of the blank prevents thin monofilament lines from sticking to the rod when wet. The matte black color does not reflect and thus reduces the scare effect.
The handle is made of selected Portuguese AAAA cork, known for its quality and durability. A combination of cork and robust rubber cork provides additional comfort and grip. Between the half-wells handle and the small fighting butt is a robust, CNC-machined aluminum reel seat with a real wood insert.
