Warranty: NAM offers a free 2-year warranty on defective parts from the date of purchase. A few words about the new "Delgado" cork:

Literally translated, "Delgado" means thin/slim. The name not only applies to the new rod handles but also describes how the bark of cork trees grows. The thin and very dense bark of Delgado trees grows very slowly and is therefore much rarer than that of other cork trees with thicker bark.

• Smallest pores, so there is hardly any need for additional filling materials.
• So stable that no rubberized ends on the handles are necessary, saving weight.
• The slow growth of the trees results in very high cork density, allowing the vibrations of the blank to be transferred directly to your hand through the cork, making you one with the rod blank.

The bark of Delgado trees regenerates every 9 years, making it 100% sustainable. But it's not just renewable; cork harvesting also has a positive side effect for the tree.
