The largest model of the Fortuna Regent has an incredible line pick-up of 16+ inches per second. In other words: with every turn of the spool, more than 40cm of line are spooled up! In the harsh reality of saltwater fishing, this means you can drill the fish faster and with more pressure, and get your line back on the reel quicker after a long run. For example, Hardy has reinstalled the original Power Paddle knob as proposed by Andy Mill. The flattened design of the knob allows you maximum control and helps you to transmit the right pressure. And despite the many visual differences to the previous model, the product developers at Hardy have once again decided to install a 360-degree brake knob.
