The Triangle Taper from Lee Wulff is legendary and is one of the best-known fly lines - and has been for many decades. No other line has influenced the development of modern club lines as much as this model, which is therefore also known as the legacy of Lee Wulff for good reason.

The special feature of this classic line is its short butt with a long front taper. This makes the line very universal and it can be quickly brought to distance with all casting styles. Overhead, it behaves like a shooting head, but thanks to the fine tip, gentle presentations are also possible. With water casts such as switch casts and roll casts, the weight shifted to the back pays off and you will be amazed at the distances that can be achieved with little backspace! Added to this is the 10-12ft (depending on line class) long clear intermediate tip which is positioned directly in front of the triangle taper. The Intermediate Tip ensures significantly less spooking action and enables successful stalking with emergers and nymphs in still waters. The versions in higher line classes are also ideal for fishing for sea trout on the coast.
