The VPT (Mastery Versatile Presentation) is an ideal trout dry-fly line with an extended front taper that presents flies delicately and also serves to help perform roll casts and single-handed Spey maneuvers. In a new version that combines Mastery and Sharkskin you’ll find a high floating Sharkskin textured tip that allows the most delicate pick-up you and spooky fish ever experienced. Yet the rest of the line comes in smooth Mastery style that you are used to.

Mastery: This extra slick and softer coating technology is Scientific Anglers’s most established one for years. You’ll find a Mastery line for every condition and every species around. It’s surface comes without any embossed structure (except the very tip of this specific line) like for example the Sharkwave series and therefore is much smoother. So if you’re searching for a silent fly line that feels softer than any other SA fly line, these lines are your way to go.
