Orvis Hydros Bank Shot Fly Line Floating

The Hydros Bank Shot by Orvis is a specialized fly line designed to deliver big flies using a number of different casting techniques including single-hand Spey and roll casting. The two-tone floating line offers a low visibility olive tip for stealth approach to fish, with an orange running line for better tracking.

 

The head is ca. 7 m long and designed to load and deliver quick casts with minimal back cast. The head merges into a handling section (ca. 6,10 m) towards the thin running line. The Hydros Bank Shot features the Integrated Slickness technology - a patented additive that produces high line slickness for longer casts and reduced friction. The Orvis Line ID helps to quickly and easily identify your line, with the taper, weight, and functionality. All models come with enhanced welded loops - sleek and durable welded loops for easy leader attachment, and rear loop makes connection to backing a snap. The line is built on a multifilament core providing excellent performance over a wide range of conditions.
