The Euro Nymph Mono Core by Cortland is a specialty line designed for Euro Nymphing and other modern nymphing techniques. Its continuous monofilament core provides a stiffer, smoother surface, resulting in less sag between the rod guides. The result: a clean drift that is unaffected by the line. Perfect for delicate fishing targeting trout, grayling, and more!

Thanks to its thin diameter, Cortland's Euro Nymph Fly Line is particularly well-suited for presentation techniques requiring discretion. The two-tone profile of this level line also gives you the flexibility to choose between high visibility (Hi-Vis) and stealth mode – simply flip the line as needed. The line features a parallel taper, meaning the diameter remains consistent throughout the full length of 90 ft (approximately 27 m). The advantage of such a level line for nymph fishing is clear: when fishing with a raised rod, the line sags minimally, providing maximum lure control and highly accurate bite detection. Paired with a Euro Nymph leader, you get a setup perfectly equipped for ultra-fine nymph fishing on streams and rivers.

Tip: Although this line is optimized for fine nymph fishing, it can also be used for very delicate dry fly presentations at short distances. Provided you're using a fine rod!
