The Monic P.E. Tapered Polyleader 13 ft Floating is the right choice if the shooting head or the two-handed Fly line on the salmon rod is to be extended to ensure a perfect reel. The P.E Polyleader is simply looped onto the end of the line or shooting head and the power of the cast is transferred to the tippet. This enables clean casting, even if the front taper of the shooting head is slightly thicker. With a load capacity of 11.3 kg, the leader is not only suitable for steelhead, but also for salmon fishing. The Floanting Polyleader is particularly suitable for summer fishing when the water levels are low and the fly has to be offered close to the surface.
