We use this Shock Tippet it in combination with the regular Leader material by Hatch when fishing for Tarpon, Snook, Shark or Barracuda. When fishing our homewaters for pike it is an interesting alternative to Hard Mono too. Use it as a short bite protection - as regular wire.
