Vision Tapered Leader Nano Mono 9 ft

The knotless tapered Nano Mono leaders from Vision are the perfect choice when it comes to difficult presentations on big fish. The material is extra soft and extra strong, so perfect for super gentle presentations on tricky fish, where you need to fish thinner than usual, but still need a high breaking strain. The material has extremely high knot strength and is completely free of memory effects. It is more stretchy than most other leader materials and thus acts like a shock tippet to perfectly cushion the violent head butts of larger fish.

Manufactured in Japan under the highest quality conditions, the copolymer guarantees excellent breaking strain and knot strength. The special taper design (40% butt, 30% taper, 30% tip) also allows you to cut your leader back a bit in the front and back to perfectly adapt it to the fishing situation. What we also really like is that all Nano Mono leaders come in sustainable, eco-friendly paper packaging.

The length of 9 ft. (274 cm) is the perfect all-around length and can of course be extended with appropriate tippet material if needed (tip: we recommend a tippet ring for a strong connection). The variety of diameters allows for a very wide range of applications.
