Guideline Streamer - Ullarhaus Whitey

The Guideline Ullarhaus streamers are a modern version of the Boogie Man streamers from Kelly Galloups. A few changes in the materials and a few rubber legs enhance the silhouette of the streamer and make it appear even more seductive.

The Guideline Streamer - Ullarhaus Whitey is tied on two hooks and is therefore extremely maneuverable. Even the smallest currents or pulls on the line make the streamer dance. A steel wire was used as the connection, which ensures that even large fish cannot devastate the streamer. The front hook is a class #2 streamer hook and slightly larger than the size #8 rear hook. The eyes of the streamer are brass barbell eyes, covered with 3D eyes, which quickly pull the streamer under the water surface and keep it there even in the current. The head area is made of a wool mix from an Icelandic ram, this material has the advantage that it is robust and has sufficient volume to give the streamer a perfect shape.

The Whitey imitates mainly bullheads, but also smaller grayling or rainbowtrout and white fish and is particularly effective in the bright hours of the day and in clear waters. Depending on the strength of the current, the streamer is fished on a polyleader or a sink tip line in order to always be guided at the perfect depth.
