Frödin Flies Tube Fly Foam & Waker Series - BGH Foam Dry

The flies of the Scandinavian tying master Mikael Frödin have already enjoyed great popularity for years, because so many salmon and sea trout have been caught with the ingenious tube flies.

The Foam & Waker Series is the new series of Mikael, with which he jumps on the skater wave, which currently moves through all of Europe. There is probably no more exciting fishing for salmon or sea trout with a surface fly. Exciting attacks and heart palpitations are pre-programmed. Besides fishing for salmon with foam flies, the surface furrowing fly plays a major role among sea trout fans. Whether on the Baltic Sea or in the rivers, the foam flies magically attract the sea trout! Even the moody sea trout in the Danish floodplains outwits the small fly without problems.

On the Baltic Sea the Foam & Waker flies catch from about mid-May when the rape is in full bloom and can be fished through to October. In the rivers, the flies catch throughout the year, provided fish have moved into the system. In contrast to the Baltic Sea, sea trout in the river should be pursued only from the late evening hours, until dawn, then the fishing is basically most successful. The salmon, on the other hand, also snaps at the small surface wonders during the day. A fly that everyone must have fished once, but beware, the risk of addiction is high!
