The Olive Tungsten Jig Nymph is as simple as it is effective and an absolute secret weapon for us on days when nothing seems to work. Especially in clear or bright conditions, we love fishing with this inconspicuous pattern. It imitates a small olive mayfly (Beatis Rhodani), but thanks to its olive green color it can also be fished wonderfully as an imitation of a caddis fly larva (Rhyacophila). The subtle holo ribbing provides a little extra effect. This fly is not only an absolute killer on trout and grayling, but this pattern is a must for barbel in particular. Thanks to the jig hook and a heavy tungsten head bead, it quickly reaches the fishable zone even in strong currents.
