Marc Petitjean Dry Fly - MP47 Midge olive

The MP48 is a great chironomid imitation for fishing lakes or slow flowing streams with muddy substrate. The tail and abdomen of the fly hang under water carried by the floatation of the CDC bubble-wing. This wire along the hook shank makes sure the fly sits in the surface correctly. A nice pattern for reservoir trout too.
