The Frödin Flies tube fly Pig Series - Banana is a hybrid of different, very successful salmon flies. A mix of Frances, Potbelly Pig, if you like. The Pig Banana can be fished all year round, but is an absolute favourite in clear waters and glacial rivers, especially in spring and autumn. Thanks to the FITS Conehead and the slim shape, the fly reaches depth quickly. Perfect for deep pools and/or cold water. Especially in deep holding pools, where the water flows slowly and heavily, this fly can provide really big surprises when presented deep on a sinking line (also often jigged). The fluorescent colours are easy to see even in cloudy conditions and the fluorescent tips of the wild boar bristles provide a special accent.
