The Dr. Slick Split Shot Clamp 5" is an innovative plier that makes it easy to open and close shot in any material without hurting your fingers.
Dr. Slick's stainless steel pliers were designed specifically for this reason, the easy opening and closing of shot leads. What makes these pliers special are the different jaws. One side of the pliers is like a wedge, triangular, used to split, or open the slots of the shot lead and the other side has two semi-circular notches that hold the lead securely.
