4 bright colours and a new design! Clean separation and no smudging, these are the new Mulitcolour Sight Markers from Adams Fly Rods!
Adams Fly Rods are made in Spain and developed by passionate nymph fishermen with a lot of heart and passion and tested extensively on the first-class rivers of Catalonia. And for their popular Euro Nymph rods, Adams now finally presents the matching accessories. Like the Euro Nymph Mono Line.
The Sight Marker by Adams is an innovative product that has been influenced by the needs of fly fishermen from the European competition scene. This pen is designed to improve strike detection and offers different colours for optimal visibility in different light conditions. A must-have for keen nymph fishermen!
With the Adams Fly Rods Multicolor Sight Marker you can say goodbye to complicated set-ups when nymph fishing and increase your efficiency on the water dramatically. Because with this marker you can quickly and easily apply a helpful sight marker to your leader or tippet. But not only do you save time and money compared to knotting a conventional sighter made of mono, you can also eliminate potential weak points in your setup completely and minimise slack. The six bright colours fluo yellow, fluo pink, black, green, blue and white can be arranged individually: On the leader, on the tippet, short or long. One colour, two colours or all six colours. You decide!
Thanks to its brilliant colours, you can improve your bite detection as they are easy to spot against a variety of backgrounds. Even under UV light, the fluorescent colours offer better visibility in low light conditions and ensure you never miss a subtle take again.
The Sight Marker is designed for durability and ease of use. It dries very quickly and is connected to your monofilament or fluorocarbon in a matter of minutes. Unlike other leader pens, the colour does not fade or disappear in contact with water. This ensures reliable visibility during a long fishing session. The marker's clever twist mechanism ensures that the colour is always fresh and ready when you need it. And when you need to replace the tip, you can 'cut' a thin slice in an instant with a piece of tippet material - like a cheese slicer. We recommend that you only twist out the tip of the marker 2-3 mm at a time, because it is not possible to twist it all the way back, as you would with a lipstick, for example. This way you can be sure that the colour will always be like new and that you will enjoy the Adams Sight Marker for a very long time.
Further advantages of the Sight Marker by Adams: It dries quickly, has a neutral odour and is completely non-toxic - which contributes to a carefree fishing experience. However, it is not biodegradable, which is why we recommend that you insert the "disc" after cutting or renewing the tip and dispose adequately. You can use the pen in all temperature conditions, both for barbel fishing in high summer and for nymph fishing for grayling in winter. As the marker is non-greasy, which is another advantage over other markers on the market, you can allow the marked area to sink during the drift with no worries. Your presentation will not be negatively affected.
For us, the Sight Marker by Adams Fly Rods is a really innovative, well designed product. It simplifies the setting up of a functional Euro Nymph Leader and is a great addition to the white Adams Euro Nymph Mono Line. But you can also use the bright colours of the pen on leaders or tippets from other manufacturers without any problems. In short: a reliable companion for nymph fishing that improves visibility and bite detection and will increase your fishing success. Especially the comfortable and flexible use convinced us immediately during our test in Spain!
