Guideline Tippet Rings

Tippet rings are the ideal connection between leader and tippet allowing you to add or exchange tippet material without shortening your expensive tapered leaders. Another advantage of tippet rings arises when connecting nylon and fluorocarbon lines with each other, since the denser fluoro has the tendency to cut nylon when directly tied together. The same goes for connections between 2 lines that are distinctly different in diameter.

Guideline Tippet Rings offer 12 kg of breaking strength at an diameter of only 2 mm and are therefore suited for fishing dry flies, nymphs or small streamers alike. Delivered on a practical karabiner-swivel for easy rigging. First attach the line to the ring with a Clinch-KNit and then remove the ring from the karabiner to avoid dropping the tiny rings.
