They reduce annoying glare to a minimum and are absolutely scratch-resistant: up to 12 times more scratch-resistant than polymer lenses and 20% lighter than conventional glass! They also offer 100% UV protection with an anti-reflective coating to reduce eye strain.

The real glass offers 100% UV protection and, with its yellow tint and high light transmission, is optimal in low-light conditions - i.e., during the daytime in heavily overcast skies as well as at dusk. But yellow is also ideal as an all-round lens for nymph fishing, because with it structures under water can be better perceived.
