waterproof Tube Fly Box from Denmark
This tube fly box is 100% waterproof! We tried it out, one metre under water for an hour. Afterwards there was no moisture in the box at all.
The box is 195 grams light and measures 16.5 cm x 10.5 cm x 4.5 cm. You won't find any annoying edges here, it slips easily into any wader pocket. A clever division makes life on the river easier for everyone. Four small compartments for hooks and other accessories keep things tidy (4.5cm x 2.9cm). The tube flies have enough space in a total of 8 compartments. One long compartment (16cm x 2,9cm) for e.g. Sunray Shadows, as well as three compartments for the standard patterns (10cm x 2,8cm), two compartments with 9cm x 2,8cm and two compartments for the smaller patterns (7cm x 2,8cm). Depending on stock, this box comes with an orange or green rubber seal.

Note: Due to the capillary effect, water can penetrate protruding feathers or synthetic material of the fly. This should be taken care of especially in salt water.
