The Fishpond Elkhorn Lumbar Pack Hip Bag is a small but thoughtful and multifunctional hip bag that convinces us with great features. In addition, it is like all Fishpond products from recovered materials, in this case, from the Cyclepond material.

Who is looking for a hip bag with high wearing comfort and a lot of thoughtful features, is well equipped with the Elkhorn Waist Pack. The hip bag has a capacity of only 5 liters, but plenty of attachment options outside! Such as the well-known Hypalon tabs from Fishpond, to which retractors, carabiners and many other tools and accessories can be attached. On the outside there is also another zippered pocket and Velcro to which you can fix the Fishpond Fly-Dock. On both sides is a water bottle holder on the hip pocket and in the middle is the more than popular Fishpond landing net holder, which is hidden behind the comfortable pad for the hip. So that even a heavily loaded hip bag sits securely, there is a shoulder strap that is individually adjustable, so that on the one hand the hip is relieved, and on the other hand the bag does not slip around. The shoulder strap also has a few ways to secure a retractor or simply a pair of pliers. The material of the bag is extremely durable and robust, as we have come to expect from Fishpond. It is made of a 210D Cyclepond fabric, which has already proven itself in previous models.

  Cyclepond is a very robust and durable material, which is also 100% sustainable. In fact, the Cyclepond material is recovered from old fishing nets. When a commercial fishing net is no longer needed, it is often left in the harbor or even thrown overboard, they float around in the ocean as ghost nets and endanger the biodiversity of the seas. The nets are pulled from the ocean and given a new life in fishpond products as cyclepond material.
