The RISE Fly Fishing Film Festival is back! From the 12th of February, RISE will be bringing selected national and international films back to the cinema. The festival will be touring a total of 19 cities in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Luxemburg until the 13th of March. The perfect opportunity for you to experience 'fly fishing' on the big cinema screen. Grab your popcorn!
RISE was launched back in 2006 by Gin-Clear Media, a multi-media company from New Zealand. RISE was the first film festival of its kind - with films made by and for fly fishers. Since the very first event in Christchurch, the festival has entertained fly fishers and nature enthusiasts around the world every year and is now the largest fly fishing festival in the world!
Attending RISE is a very special event because it brings like-minded people together and puts our shared passion centre stage for an evening. In 2024, there will be a total of 19 events in German cinemas. The RISE will kick off on the 12th of February in Berlin. You can find all the dates on the RISE Film Festival website.
