The soft, fast-drying Capilene® Cool Shirt is perfect for all outdoor activities—not just for fly fishing. It dries quickly, wicks moisture away, and offers an extremely high level of comfort. The Capilene® Cool made from recycled polyester is light, soft, and comfortable on the skin and comes in a modern, timeless look. Capilene® Cool is also Fair Trade™-certified—like so many Patagonia products.
- Cap Cool UPF Sun Protection
The Cap Cool collection from Patagonia also features UPF sun protection against UV rays and protects us while fishing in the sun. However, the value of the Cap Cool series, which is below UPF40, is not disclosed due to strict regulations for personal protective equipment in the USA. Only a value of UPF40 or higher is listed and confirmed as UPF sun protection. The Cap Cool series does not quite reach this value, but still confidently protects us while fishing under the hot sun.
Patagonia's Cap Cool Shirts are highly functional T-shirts for continuous use in various outdoor activities, also excellent as a functional base layer in combination with a midlayer.
